Pope Francis is calling on all young adults, ages 18-29 to reflect on their call from God in living their Catholic faith. He has dedicated the 15th Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops to be focused on the theme of Youth People, the Faith and Vocational Discernment. It will be held in October 2018 and the will be an expression of the pastoral care of the Church for the young. Its aim is to accompany the young on their journey to maturity so that through a process of discernment they will discover their plan for life and realize it with joy, opening up to the encounter with God and human beings by actively participating in the Church and society.
