Angel Tree 2022
The Angel Tree is designed to provide much needed gifts during the Christmas for those members of our parish who are homebound or in nursing homes, and for the members of our parish family who could use a little assistance at this time of the year.
The Angel Trees will be located in the back of church beginning Saturday, November 26th. Feel free to take an angel or angels after mass or drop by during week for a little visit with Jesus and pick up your angel(s) then. Please write down this information as a precaution. Should you misplace the angel please attach the recorded information to your gift. Gifts should be wrapped with the Angel tag securely attached. Please place the gift under the Angel Tree or drop it off at the parish office by noon of December 12. Cash donations are also appreciate. If writing a check it should be made to St. Mary Cathedral. Please place cash or check donations in an envelope on which you have written Angel Tree.
Tag Clarification—We have 3 types of tags which have different codes. Family tags have age, gender, and size of the individual receiving the gift. Sometimes the gift is for a family need. In that case the tag only has the need and the family code. Shut in gifts are coded S# and labeled male or female. Nursing Home Gifts have a code for the nursing home and the gender of the individual is identified. If you have questions or can volunteer to help with the tasks listed below please contact Brenda at the parish office 335-9347.
